1. Website Use and Security:
You are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account which is provided to you by IrishAutoParts.ie. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or any other breach of security.
You agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations and are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your usage, including the content of your transmissions through the Website. All information, designs, drawings and other specifications provided on the website are the exclusive property of IrishAutoParts.ie. Any copying, transmission or re-transmission of the same requires the prior written approval of IrishAutoParts.ie.

2. Pricing information:
All prices include V.A.T. at 23% unless shown otherwise. Delivery in Republic of Ireland is €4.95 per order and free on orders over €45. For deliveries outside the Republic of Ireland, please ask about our low cost shipping options. Carriage rates are subject to change without prior notification. We reserve the right to change prices due to any change in any sales related tax or duties, and or any omission or error on the websites price list or your order. All prices are correct at the time of going to press.
3. Product Information and Images:
Many of the products listed are of a technical nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products and keep specifications completely up to date. While we endeavor to provide you with the latest product information and to ensure that product images are identical to the items supplied, we cannot always guarantee that this will be the case. Product colours and styles can differ slightly from the published images. All descriptive matter, drawings, pictures, colours, specifications and advertising on the website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the products. Many of our products come with instructions or manuals; you agree to read and carefully abide by these instructions or manuals. These instructions and manuals are a guide and are not meant to be comprehensive; if, having read these instructions you are unsure about the use of a product, you should seek expert advice.
4. Privacy and Data Use:
Personal details are held confidentially. Please note that we never divulge personal details to any third party and any information supplied is used solely for the purpose of processing your order or sending you regular email bulletins (If requested). If you decide that you would like to leave our mailing list, please ask and we will remove all of your details.

6. Delivery policy:
IrishAutoParts.ie endeavours to deliver products to the customer within 2 working days of the customer’s submission and complete payment for an order. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day, for delivery the following working day. Some IrishAutoParts.ie products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are beyond our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only. Should delivery be delayed for more than 10 working days, the customer has the right to refuse to accept the order. In these circumstances, IrishAutoParts.ie will refund any money paid by the customer. IrishAutoParts.ie will not be responsible for any losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer due to a delay in supplying or not supply ordered products. At the time of delivery of the order, the customer is required to sign for the delivery of the products. After the customer has signed-off for the order, the contents of the order become the sole responsibility of the customer.
7. Returns/Refund policy:
We do reserve the right to refund your purchase minus any carriage charges that we have incurred in delivering, as detailed below in sections 6.1 through to 6.4. Problems with electrical goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery; we can only accept the return of electrical goods if a problem is reported within the 48 hour period. For returns outside of the 7 day cancellation period please see 6.4. Special order items are ordered especially from manufacturers and for this reason are non-returnable. We will not be able to accept special order goods back for credit or exchange.
7.1 Correct parts supplied: If we have correctly supplied the product as ordered then we will reimburse the product costs Please note that you may incur a shipping charge to send items back. 

7.2 Incomplete/damaged or incorrect goods: If the goods are delivered incomplete, have been damaged in transit or have been incorrectly supplied, we reserve the right to replace the product. Please note that no claim can be entertained once the order has been signed for, any damaged must be noted on the delivery docket and the parcel must be refused. We are unable to accept responsibility for damage to goods beyond these periods.

7.3 Faulty items: Before exchanging goods we reserve the right to test items thought to be at fault. Payment will be required for any replacement parts sent out before return of 'faulty' goods. If items are returned and found not to be at fault they will be returned to the customer or a credit note issued to the value of the goods

7.4 Product exchanges: If you wish to return a product for exchange then we reserve the right to deduct our initial shipping fee. (i.e. the shipping fee that we have incurred in shipping the first product to you). Goods returned outside of the 7 day cancellation period will either be exchanged for other goods or a credit note issued. Parts that have been fitted or are not in a resalable condition will not be accepted back for credit or exchange. (The handling charge is to offset the costs incurred by ourselves in processing and shipping your order as requested)

7.5 Return of goods outside of the 7 days cancellation period: For all goods returned outside of this period, subject to the parts being returned in their original packaging in a resalable condition, we will issue a credit note to the value of the goods less a 15% re-stocking fee.

If you wish to return any item then please follow these basic steps:
(a) Contact us to request a *Returns Number.
(b) Send the goods to the following address: Returns, Irish Auto Parts, Maro House, Old Blessington Road, Tallaght, Dublin 24. Please note that, subject to 6.1 to 6.4 above, we can only refund if goods are returned in the original packaging in "as new" condition.
(c) Attach a copy of the delivery note or invoice as proof of purchase and mark the package clearly with the *Returns Number.
(*) Returns Number - This number helps us to deal quickly and efficiently with your return. Please note that if this number is not clearly marked on the returned item then this may cause delays. 

8. Disclaimer of Warranties: The information contained in the Website is for information purposes only and, although we have made every effort to ensure the correctness of the information contained herein, the information available through the Website is provided "as is" and "as available" and without warranties or conditions of any kind either express or implied. We do not warrant or represent that the use or the results of the use of the materials available through the Website or from third parties will be correct, accurate timely, reliable or otherwise. We accept no liability in relation to any of the above other than as may be provided for under your statutory rights.

9. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall we be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of or the inability to use the Website, any changes to the Website, any material or data sent or received or not sent or received or for any of the above-mentioned damages that result from the use or inability to use the Products. In no circumstances shall our liability and that of our suppliers to you and/or any third parties for any of the above exceed €200.

Copyright: The complete content of this website, including but not limited to images, text, logos, icons, buttons and downloads, is the property of IrishAutoParts.ie and is therefore protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. No part of this website may be copied, resold or duplicated without our permission.

General: We shall not be liable for any failure to perform any of obligations under these terms and conditions which is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to any force majeure incident. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the terms of use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing. The section titles in the terms of use are solely used for the convenience of the parties and have no legal or contractual significance.
